Summer Forest Bathing Sessions
Starting on Thursday 23rd July, 6.30–7.30pm at National Trust Arnside Knott.
6 weekly sessions for you to slow down and be with Nature, a practice that you can then bring into your life.
Very little talking.
Guided practices.
Supportive if feeling stressed, up and down, alone, lonely, and / or you love nature, and want permission to stop and Be.
Come to one, or come to all... however the summer allows.
A 2019 studyfound that spending time in nature reliably lowers cortisol, the body's main stress hormone, with the greatest effect per minute spent happening in the first 20 to 30 minutes.
One hour with us is enough.
£10

Important
Ages 16+.
This session involves walking on uneven, sometimes muddy ground, and a short walk up and down a gentle slope, plus periods of standing or sitting still outdoors.
There are no toilets on site.
