I’m Delyth, the founder of Becoming Your True Nature.
I create the conditions where your mind can quieten… your body can soften… and you can come back to yourself.
Not by fixing anything.
But by allowing something more natural to return.
The Turning Point
My work didn’t come from training alone.
It came from a decade long period of deep personal transformation.
As I entered midlife, everything began to change.
Within a short space of time:
someone very close to me was diagnosed with incurable cancer (and is still here, 12 years on)
decades of patterns and anxious attachment came to the surface
relationships changed
parts of my life began to fall away
At the same time, something else was opening.
My awareness deepened.
My intuition became stronger, I had a spiritual awakening.
I began to experience myself ~ and life ~ in a completely different way.
There were moments of clarity…
and long periods that felt disorienting, intense, unstable and uncertain.
Perimenopause and menopause brought more layers to the surface.
It felt like everything I thought I was… was being stripped back.
What I came to understand
Nothing was going wrong.
What wasn’t truly me… couldn’t hold anymore.
I was being invited to let go of everything that was not
authentic and true.
This was not easy at all.
And underneath it, something more natural was there.
Steadier. Clearer. Vibrant. Real. Intuitive. Trusting.
More of my true nature.
My Work
That experience is what shaped this work.
My approach is relational, embodied, and presence-led.
I draw on a blend of subconscious and somatic approaches, emotional and inner-child work, mind–body integration, and nature connection ~ not as techniques to apply, but as ways of helping your whole self to settle and reorganise.
I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in restoring coherence ~ where your body, emotions, and inner guidance begin to work together again.
From that place, change happens naturally.
Nature as a grounding force
I am also a Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner.
Nature ~ especially the trees ~ played a huge role in my own process.
Not through effort.
But through being there.
I felt accepted by Nature, which it was hard to accept myself.
I felt supported by the Trees, when I needed the support.
I found a safe space when I needed to release pent up emotions.
That’s what I now share with others that Nature, the Forest, is a place
for healing, connection & for you to be your true self.
Why this work matters to me
I know what it feels like:
to overthink
to feel insecure
to repeat the same patterns
to sense something needs to change… but not know how
My own journey ~ from anxious inside and disconnected to grounded and clear ~ is what shaped this work.
And I’ve seen it again and again in the women I work with.
When your whole self settles…
when your body feels safe…
everything begins to shift.
What I know to be true
When you feel more secure in yourself, life becomes more easeful
More clarity.
More energy.
More creativity.
More meaningful relationships.
Not because you’ve forced anything.
But because you’re no longer working against yourself.
