The Becoming is a self-paced audio journey designed to support nervous-system settling, emotional safety, and a return to inner steadiness.
It is for women who want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more at home in themselves — without pressure, performance, or overwhelm.
This programme does not replace deep 1:1 work.
It offers a supportive, accessible entry point for those who want to begin — or continue — gently.
What this programme is (and what it is not)
The Becoming is not a course to “fix” yourself.
It is not a productivity tool or a mindset hack.
It is a guided audio experience that supports your system to soften out of stress and into coherence allowing natural shifts in how you feel, relate, and respond to life.
Many people use this programme:
as a first step before deeper work
alongside therapy or other support
as a steady anchor during periods of stress or transition
as a way to reconnect with themselves at their own pace
You are free to move slowly, pause, or repeat sessions as needed.
How the programme works
The Becoming is organised into six themed modules, each supporting a different aspect of inner safety, self-trust, and relational ease.
You can move through the modules sequentially or return to the ones that feel most supportive in the moment.
There is no “right way” to do this.
Your nervous system leads.

1. Creating Safety
Establish a felt sense of inner steadiness and trust so your system can begin to relax out of vigilance and fear.
2. Self-Love & Body Connection
Reconnect with your body gently, cultivating kindness, presence, and a sense of being at home in yourself.
3. Claiming Your Worth
Soften long-held self-doubt and inner criticism, allowing a more grounded sense of self-respect to emerge.
4. Confident Communication
Support clearer boundaries, honest expression, and more ease in relationships without force or over-explaining.
5. Sensuality & Aliveness
Reconnect with vitality, creativity, and felt aliveness in a way that feels safe, embodied, and unpressured.
6. Connection & Intimacy
Explore emotional closeness and relational safety beginning with your relationship to yourself.
