Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026

Who I am
This website, becomingyourtruenature.com, is operated by Delyth Johnson, trading as Becoming Your True Nature. Throughout these terms, "I" and "my" mean Delyth Johnson, and "you" means anyone using this website or booking with me.

By using this website or booking any of my offerings, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book. If anything is unclear, email me at delyth@delythjohnson.co.uk. I aim to reply within 3 working days, and usually a lot sooner.

What I offer
I offer 1:1 sessions and programmes online, group programmes online, forest bathing and forest therapy in person, nature based retreats, an audio programme called The Becoming, and digital products in my store. Each offering has its own page, and what is described there applies when you book. My work is shaped around the person or group in front of me, so no two sessions are the same.

Health and wellbeing
My work is not therapy and it does not replace medical or psychological care. I do not give medical advice or assess any physical or mental health condition. Please continue with any care or medication recommended by your GP or another qualified professional, and speak to them before making any changes.

I cannot promise or guarantee any particular outcome. Everyone's experience is different. Testimonials on this website are real words from real women about their own experience, and they are not a prediction of yours.

My work is not right for everyone. If you have a severe mental health diagnosis, such as psychosis, or you are in crisis, please speak to your GP or mental health professional before booking. If you need support now, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call Samaritans free on 116 123. In an emergency, call 999.

Please tell me before we begin about anything that might affect how you take part, such as a health condition, an injury or a mobility need. You must be 18 or over to book.

Booking and payment
For sessions, you book through the calendar or booking link on the relevant page or via email with directly. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, and you will get a confirmation email with everything you need, including your Zoom link for online sessions.

Before we begin 1:1 work, I will send you a client agreement which covers how we work together. It applies alongside these terms, and if the two differ, the client agreement applies.

Becoming More You is by application. Your place is confirmed once we have agreed to work together, you have signed the client agreement, and I have received your payment or first instalment. If you choose a payment plan, it is set out in a separate payment plan agreement.

For events and forest bathing days, your place is held once you have paid. For retreats, you can pay in full at booking, or pay the deposit to hold your place and split the rest. If you split your payment, the balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat. Details about location and what to bring are sent after booking.

I accept card payments through Stripe, and bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, your booking is confirmed once the payment has cleared.

Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and the price you see on the website is the price you pay. Prices may change from time to time, but not for bookings you have already made. If I find an error in the price of something you have booked, I will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. I will not process the booking until I have your instructions.

Rescheduling and cancelling 1:1 sessions
I need at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a 1:1 session. You can reschedule once with less notice, at my discretion. After that, or if you do not attend, the session is forfeited.

If I need to reschedule because of illness, unsafe weather or conditions outdoors, or anything outside my control, I will offer you a new date, or a refund for anything not delivered.

Your right to change your mind
If you book a 1:1 session or programme through my website, you have 14 days from booking to cancel and receive a full refund. If you ask for your first session to take place within those 14 days, I will ask you to confirm this, and if you then cancel, I will refund you minus the proportion of the service already provided. To cancel, email delyth@delythjohnson.co.uk.

Events, retreats and forest bathing on a set date are leisure activities booked for a specific date, so the 14 day right does not apply. Instead, the following applies.

Forest bathing days and events
If you cancel 14 or more days before the date, I will refund you in full. If you cancel less than 14 days before the date, I am not able to offer a refund. The same applies if you book less than 14 days before the date. If I cancel because of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, I will offer you a full refund or a transfer to another session.

Retreats
Once you have booked a retreat place, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. The deposit is not refundable unless I cancel the retreat. If I cancel the retreat for any reason, I will refund you in full. If you have paid in full and can no longer come, you can ask to transfer your place to another person. You can also ask to transfer to a future retreat, but only if I am able to fill your space with someone else. Any transfer is subject to my agreement. I strongly recommend personal travel insurance.

The Becoming and digital products
The Becoming comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. Email me within 30 days of purchase and I will refund you in full.

For other digital products, you get access straight away. By buying, you agree that access starts immediately, which means the 14 day right to cancel ends once you download or begin to use the product. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.

If something you have bought is faulty or not as described, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. Advice is available from Citizens Advice.

Using my audios and materials
Everything I provide is for your personal use. Please do not copy, share or resell it. Please do not listen to my audios while driving or operating machinery, or anywhere you need to stay alert.

Outdoor sessions and retreats
Forest sessions and retreats take place outdoors, on uneven ground and in changing weather. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, take part at your own pace, and look after your own belongings. I am fully insured and hold a current Outdoor First Aid certificate.

Privacy and confidentiality
What you share with me stays between us. The only exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where I am legally required to disclose information.

Recording
Some group sessions are recorded, and I will always tell you beforehand. Some 1:1 future self sessions are also recorded, and I will tell you beforehand. No other sessions are recorded. Recordings are for your own use, for example so you can catch up if you miss a group session. Please do not share them with anyone else, as they may include other people.

How I look after your personal data is set out in my Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property
All text, images, audio, video, designs, logos and names on this website are owned by me or their respective owners and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Please do not reproduce them without my written permission.

Posting policy
These provisions apply to comments and messages you post on this website and my social media accounts. I may decline, edit or remove any post without notice. Personal abuse, foul language, inappropriate subject matter and discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated. Only fair, factual and accurate comments are published, and if you feel a post does not meet that standard, please let me know.

My responsibility to you
I will provide my services with reasonable care and skill. If I fail to, I am responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of my breach or my negligence. Loss is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of my breach, or if you and I contemplated it when you booked. I supply my services for personal use, and I am not liable for any business loss.

Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply as soon as they are posted here, and the terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to your booking.

The law
These terms and any booking you make are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
