6-Week Forest Therapy Course

For women with anxiety and depression who are ready to
return to calm in nature.


You've tried talking about it. You've tried understanding it. But your nervous system doesn't heal through thinking.

It heals through safety. Through stillness. Through nature.

This is a 6-week 1:1 journey through the woodland: just you, me, and two hours of genuine therapeutic presence each week.

No screen. No clinical room. No pressure to perform or explain yourself.

Just the trees, your breath, and space for something to genuinely shift.


What we do

We walk slowly. We pause. We notice.

I guide you — with my voice, with simple practices, with deep presence — back into your body and out of your head.

Each session builds on the last. Over six weeks, your nervous system learns something it may never have known:

It's safe to rest.


Who this is for

Women in midlife carrying mild/moderate anxiety, depression, or a bone-deep exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. Women who feel lost in themselves. Women who've tried everything else.

Women who just need to stop, and don't know how.


The details

  • 6 sessions, 2 hours each

  • 1:1, in the woodland near Kendal/South Cumbria

  • £150 per session or £900 for the full programme

  • Begins with a single 90-minute taster walk for £75
