Eaves Wood is part of one of the UK’s remaining temperate rainforests — a rare and ancient ecosystem found only where very specific climatic conditions exist. These conditions occur across less than 1% of the world’s land surface, making places like this genuinely uncommon.

There is something quietly humbling about being among a woodland so old and alive.
Many people are deeply moved by the scale, beauty, and presence of this woodland ~ it has a way of softening perspective and reminding us of something larger than ourselves.

We are gathering on Spring Equinox that marks a point of balance ~ a quiet turning where new life begins to stir - and we are a part of that stirring.

Spring’s forest bathing session offers space to slow down, come into your body, and reconnect with the natural world as it moves into spring.

Through gentle, guided invitations, we’ll open the senses, notice what’s shifting, and spend time in simple presence with the woodland and nature.

This is not a hike, workshop, or performance.
It’s a slow, restorative morning held by the forest.

What the morning includes

• Time for stillness, gentle movement, and reflection
• A small group held in quiet connection
• A woodland fire to gather around, share warmth and eat food
