Why We Hold Back From the Very Things We Long For

You feel it in your body.

A quiet knowing.
A sense that something in your life wants to shift.
That you’re ready for more - more ease, more connection, more alignment.

And then… you hesitate.

You scroll past the programme.
You close the tab.
You think, “Maybe now’s not the right time.”
You talk yourself out of the very thing that stirred something in you just moments ago.

This Isn’t Self-Sabotage. It’s Protection.

When we’ve spent years surviving - emotionally, energetically, relationally - our system becomes wired to resist change, even when that change is exactly what we desire.

We fear disappointment.
We fear it won’t work.
We fear what it might mean to actually have what we want — to no longer identify with the struggle, the search, the stuckness.

Because transformation asks us to release the familiar version of ourselves… and that takes courage.

So We Wait.

We stay in the almost.
We collect more free content.
We think we need more clarity before saying yes.

But clarity often comes after the leap — not before.
And deep down, you already know.
You’ve outgrown where you are.
You’re not broken, but something in you is ready to break free.

What If You Said Yes Before You Felt Fully Ready?

Because the truth is: most women never feel 100% ready.
We’re used to second-guessing ourselves.
To over-rationalising.
To putting others first.

But something changes when you say yes, not from pressure, but from truth.
When you stop waiting for permission and meet yourself right where you are.

That’s what this 1:1 work is about.
Not “fixing” you.
But guiding you back to the version of you who already knows.
Already feels.
Already wants more — and is now ready to receive it.

You're Not Broken - You're Just Running Old Subconscious Code

We spend so much of our lives trying to fix what we think is wrong with us.

We read the books.
We do the journaling.
We tell ourselves, "I know better now."

But then - we find ourselves reacting in the same old way again.

Feeling anxious.
Shutting down.
Overgiving.
Overthinking.
Saying yes when we mean no.
Or pulling away just as things begin to feel good.

And then we think: “What’s wrong with me?”

Here’s the truth:
There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re not broken.
You’re just running old subconscious code — and that can be changed.

🧠 What Is Subconscious Programming?

Your subconscious mind is like the operating system running beneath your awareness.
It stores all the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that were downloaded in childhood - often in moments of stress, survival, or needing to be loved.

These patterns were adaptive.
They kept you safe.
But they also become the default - running automatically, even when they no longer serve you.

If your core programming says:
“I have to earn love,”
or “It’s not safe to be seen,”
or “I’m not enough,”
- no amount of conscious affirmation will override that on its own.

You have to speak to the subconscious in its own language.

🎧 Healing Through Rest — Not Effort

That’s why I created The Becoming — a 6-month audio-based journey that rewires old beliefs gently, deeply, and effectively… while you rest.

Each month focuses on a specific theme: safety, self-worth, communication, love, intimacy, sensuality, or receiving.

You listen at night, when your subconscious is most open.
You don’t have to figure it out.
You just have to listen and let it embed within you..

It’s a completely different approach from pushing, fixing, or trying to change yourself.
It’s about becoming who you truly are - by removing the layers that were never you to begin with.

💗 You Deserve to Feel:

  • Solid in yourself

  • At ease in your body

  • Confident in love and life

  • Like life is flowing with you - not against you

This is the work I’ve done myself.
It’s the work I’ve shared with hundreds of women.
And if you’re ready, it’s here for you too.

How Nature Heals the Nervous System (Without You Having to Try So Hard)

There’s something deeply healing about the forest.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, heal faster, and keep going, there is something profoundly radical about slowing down.

There’s something deeply healing about trees: the woodlands, the forests.

Not just because it’s beautiful, but because it reminds you of your own natural pace.

You don’t have to effort.
You don’t have to fix anything.
You simply have to arrive and allow nature to do what she does best: help you remember who you really are.

🌿 What Is FOREST BATHING?

Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing,” means bathing your senses in the atmosphere of the forest.

Forest Bathing is a gentle, guided practice of slowing down and tuning into your senses while walking and being in nature.

It’s not about hiking or exercise. Its completely different to taking your dog for a walk!
It’s about presence, reconnection, and restoration - allowing your body and mind to shift out of fight-or-flight and back into a state of calm.

💚 How Nature Helps Regulate Your Nervous System

Scientific studies show that time in nature:

  • Lowers cortisol (the stress hormone)

  • Reduces blood pressure and heart rate

  • Improves heart-rate variability (a key sign of nervous system resilience)

  • Boosts immune function through exposure to phytoncides (natural tree oils)

  • Increases feelings of calm, wellbeing, and emotional clarity

But here’s the part no lab can fully measure:
The forest doesn’t ask you to be anything. It simply welcomes you home.

🌸 For people Who’s Been Holding It All Together

If you’ve been running on empty…
If your nervous system feels stretched thin from anxiety, over-giving, working so hard, life’s ups and downs.
You don’t need another thing to do.

You need somewhere to be.

And this is Forest Bathing.

A space to breathe again.
To feel your feet on the earth.
To soften the edges.
And to reconnect with the truth of who you are, beneath the stress, beneath the coping, beneath the noise.

🌿 Ready to Come Back to Yourself?

I guide a small groups of people to connect and become their true nature with my Seasonal Shinrin Yoku sessions, my Become Your True Nature retreats and with collaborative events with my friends!

We move slowly, we listen deeply, we heal — not through force, but through presence.

Because true healing doesn’t always come through doing more.
Sometimes it arrives when we stop… and let nature in.
