Some of this is phenomenal for women who are processing repressed childhood trauma, if you have been disassociated for most of your life, to come into your body within 6-12 sessions is incredible progress. I am passionate about seeing real life results and documenting changes, what is happening in these programmes is humbling and very healing. We move through density and heaviness together, women sessions later commenting on how much lighter and brighter each other look or feel! These programmes are not a magic pill, the group does the work to bring to weekly healing sessions, some women on the programmes have never done this kind of inner healing before, some have done a lot. They are all open, ready and willing. The healing of the group is 100% part of the success, the connection, bonding, sharing - being heard and speaking their truths - is so healing for the inner child and for attachment trauma. The consistency of the group connection and for being met as you are helps to restore trust. I am so excited for how these women's life experiences are changing now and in the future.
